Role Overview:

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join Wabi Sabi, a creative social media marketing agency here in Bahrain.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for building the brand strategy and creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the client's brand message across various platforms. Your creativity and design skills will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital content and overall brand identity.

In this role, you will develop graphics, layouts, and visual concepts that resonate with the client's target audience. If you have a passion for design and an eye for detail, then this is the role for you.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop engaging visual content for digital and print materials such as social media graphics, website and app design
• Brand Development: Develop the brand guidelines and collaborate with marketing teams to create consistent design elements that align with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs for optimal impact.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and tools to continuously enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work alongside other creative professionals, such as writers and marketers, to create cohesive campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Main Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 2 years experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setting.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity across various projects.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for aesthetics and details, ensuring quality in every design.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to life

Job Types: Full-time, New grad

Pay: From BD450.000 per month
