Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

•Bring campaigns and content to life through strong visual storytelling, across both video and static design formats

•Conceptualize and execute a variety of short form videos, including reels & motion graphics

•Contribute to static creative design needs, such as social media posts, digital banners, mailers, and campaign visuals, while ensuring brand consistency

•Collaborate closely with the Brand Management team and copywriter to transform ideas into visually compelling concepts and executions.

•Be hands-on in event coverage, capturing photo and video content at town halls, offsites, and other brand led events.

•Create moodboards and visual references that guide the look-and-feel for new campaigns or creative directions

What are we looking for in you?

•4+ years of experience in a creative/visual design role - spanning both video and static content creation.

•Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop

•Good understanding of camera handling, basic lighting, and video editing workflows

•A sharp visual sense - able to marry design, motion, and brand voice across formats.

•Ability to interpret creative briefs and bring them to life in collaboration with a copywriter and brand team.

•Based in or open to working from Bangalore or Kolkata.
