Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who can independently conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality visual assets for digital, social, and commercial use. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to execute polished work aligned with brand and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality graphic design assets independently for digital, social media, and commercial platforms
• Develop visual concepts, layouts, and designs aligned with brand identity and campaign goals
• Design marketing materials including social media posts, ads, brochures, presentations, banners, and website assets
• Ensure consistency in typography, color, layout, and overall visual language across all deliverables
• Prepare designs for digital and print production, ensuring correct formats, resolutions, and specifications
• Collaborate with marketing teams, creative leads, and clients to interpret briefs and translate ideas into compelling visuals
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality
• Adapt designs for different platforms and formats, including Instagram, Meta ads, Google display, websites, and presentations
• Apply basic motion or animated elements where required (social posts, simple reels, GIFs – if applicable)
• Implement feedback efficiently and manage revisions with attention to detail
• Organize design files and maintain proper version control
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience designing for digital platforms and paid media
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ideal Candidate Profile (Preferred):

• Requires minimal to zero training
• Strong creative eye with a commercial and brand-focused design approach
• Experience in luxury, real estate, lifestyle, or brand-focused design is a plus
• Can work fast without sacrificing quality or consistency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
