Role: Graphic Designer�� Core Responsibilities1. Brand Visuals
● Design and maintain brand assets including logo, color palette, iconography, and templates
● Create emailers and newsletters aligned with brand guidelines
● Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and materials
● Adapt and resize creatives for multiple formats and platforms
● Maintain design timelines and deliver work as per deadlines
● Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently
2. Marketing Creatives
● Design creatives for social media (static posts, carousels, banners)
● Develop B2B ads, brochures, and promotional creatives
● Create performance-oriented marketing creatives with basic marketing understanding
3. Packaging & Product Design
● Design supplement packaging, including:
○ Boxes
○ Sachets
○ Softgel labels etc
● Ensure regulatory-friendly, clean, and premium design aesthetics
4. Exhibition & Event Creatives
● Design booth layouts, backdrops, signage, flyers, and standees
● Support event branding and on-ground visibility
5. Exhibition Coverage
● Support event video shooting & editing
● Capture booth setup, client interactions, and team moments
● Create post-event promotional reels and highlight videos
6. Website Update Coordination
(Joint responsibility with Digital Marketing Team)
● UI visual refresh including banners, visuals, and CTAs
● Coordinate with:
○ Video Editor for embedded videos (testimonials, explainer videos)
○ Development Team for content uploads and implementation
�� Skills & Technical RequirementsMandatory
● Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Coral draw
● Strong understanding of:
○ Layouts
○ Typography
○ Color theory
○ Visual hierarchy
Preferred / Added Advantage
● Working knowledge of Figma or Canva
● Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript
● Skills in video editing, animation, or rendering tools
�� Key Competencies
● Ability to convert ideas and briefs into impactful visuals
● Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense
● Understanding of design trends
● Ability to handle feedback and adapt designs quickly
● Experience in brand guideline creation or maintenance
● Perform quality checks and refine visual outputs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
