Graphic Designer

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can create high‑quality social media creatives, website UI layouts, and brand assets using professional design software (not only Canva). The ideal candidate is strong in concept, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working across multiple formats and tools.

Role Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing engaging social media posts, story/bubble graphics, website UI screens, and various marketing and branding materials. They must be able to translate ideas and briefs into visually compelling designs that align with our brand and campaign goals, while working efficiently across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social media design
  • Create static and animated posts, carousels, stories, and highlight/bubble covers for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  • Adapt creatives to different formats and dimensions while maintaining visual consistency.
  • Design campaign concepts, monthly themes, and visual guidelines for social media content.
  • Website and UI design
  • Design clean and modern website UI layouts, including homepages, landing pages, and inner pages in Figma or similar tools.
  • Create wireframes, low‑fidelity and high‑fidelity mockups, and basic prototypes to demonstrate user flows.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are practical and ready for implementation (proper grids, spacing, exportable assets, etc.).
  • Branding and marketing materials
  • Develop and refine brand elements such as icons, illustrations, patterns, and visual motifs.
  • Design marketing materials such as banners, presentations, brochures, email headers, and digital ads.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Concept development and execution
  • Understand briefs, campaign objectives, and target audience, and convert them into strong visual concepts.
  • Produce multiple creative options, iterate based on feedback, and finalize designs within deadlines.
  • Ensure all designs are visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with brand tone and message.
  • Files, delivery, and collaboration
  • Organize project files properly, prepare export‑ready assets (web, mobile, print), and follow proper naming and versioning.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and web teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Stay updated with design trends (social media styles, UI patterns, motion trends) and suggest new ideas proactively.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience
  • 2–4+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer handling social media and website/UI projects (agency or in‑house).
  • Strong portfolio showing:
  • Social media creatives and campaign visuals.
  • Website or app UI screens done in Figma or similar tools.
  • Branding or marketing design work.
  • Design tools (must‑have)
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Solid experience in Figma for website and/or app UI design.
  • Comfortable using additional tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, or similar where needed.
  • Basic knowledge of motion/animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) for simple animated posts or reels.
  • Exposure to other creative tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Blender, or other design/visual tools) is a plus.
  • Important:
  • We do NOT want a designer who works only with Canva or similar drag‑and‑drop tools.
  • Canva can be used occasionally for quick resizing or simple templates, but the core design work must be done in professional tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
