The Role

HAN Agrocare LLP is a rapidly scaling, women-led agritech and wellness enterprise dedicated to sustainable livelihoods and market innovation. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team.

As a brand that values impact and legacy, we need a visual storyteller who can translate our core values into stunning digital and print assets. You won't just be "making things look pretty"—you’ll be building the visual language of a movement that bridges the gap between high-tech agriculture and conscious consumerism.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve the HWOM visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in typography, color palette, and tone.
• Digital Content: Design high-performing assets for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), email campaigns, and our website.
• Print & Production: Create layouts for physical collateral, including product packaging, event signage, and brochures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm campaign concepts and turn complex agritech data into beautiful infographics.
• Motion Graphics: (Bonus) Create simple animations or video overlays to enhance our digital storytelling.

What You Bring to the Table

• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Design Intuition: A strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and "white space." You know how to guide a viewer’s eye exactly where it needs to go.
• Efficiency: The ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Portfolio: A body of work that demonstrates versatility, clean execution, and a modern aesthetic.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional design experience.
• An interest in sustainability, bioeconomy, or women’s empowerment.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
