Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Graphic Designer who doesn’t just design but thinks, creates, and owns their content from concept to execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative freedom, can work independently, and has the confidence to turn ideas into visuals without needing constant direction.

What This Role Looks Like

• Creating visual content for digital platforms (social media, branding, marketing material, etc.)
• Developing design concepts independently and executing them end-to-end
• Translating ideas, briefs, or loose references into strong visual outputs
• Maintaining brand consistency while still bringing fresh, creative ideas
• Managing timelines and workloads responsibly

What We’re Looking For

• Strong creative instincts and a proactive mindset
• Ability to conceptualize and create content independently
• Good understanding of design tools and visual storytelling
• Someone who brings ideas to the table, not just executes instructions
• Adaptable, curious, and willing to experiment creatively

Work Style & Flexibility

• Hybrid role
• Office presence required 3-4 days a week
• 3-5 hours per day, flexible based on mutual convenience
• Designed to work around productivity, not rigid schedules

Compensation

• PKR 35,000 – 60,000
• Pay depends on:
• Time commitment
• Workload
• Overall contribution and expectations
