Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement visually engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research to identify pain points, needs, and expectations, and translate them into actionable design solutions.
• Create high-fidelity mock-ups for user testing and development.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure designs align with both user needs and business goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools to ensure the team delivers cutting-edge design solutions.
• Maintain and manage design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Use video editing tools to create engaging user experience demonstrations, tutorials, or animations for designs.

Requirements:

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your Web design projects, including wireframes and final designs.
• Experience: Proven experience in Web design, with an emphasis on web and mobile applications.
• Tools Proficiency:

o Adobe Photoshop (for high-quality image editing and manipulation)

o Adobe Illustrator (for vector graphics and illustrations)

o Figma (will be an added advantage)

• User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience conducting user research.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and design solutions that address user pain points while also aligning with business goals.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Responsive Design: Experience designing for various screen sizes and ensuring seamless user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus) Skills:

· Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge: Understanding front-end development concepts to better communicate with developers.

• Animation Tools: Familiarity with Principle or After Effects for interactive animations and motion design.
• Accessibility (a11y): Knowledge of designing accessible and inclusive products for all users.
• Experience in Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development processes for iterative design.
• Video Editing Tools (experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects for creating engaging product demos, tutorials, or motion graphics)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
