Graphic Designer

Our client is a US-based product company focused on transforming the digital experience in higher education. They develop mobile-first platforms that serve as a centralized digital hub for universities, bringing together academic systems, communication tools, campus services, events, maps, and administrative processes into one seamless application.

Their solutions integrate with complex university infrastructures such as SIS, LMS, ERP, and CRM systems, enabling institutions to improve student engagement, streamline operations, and deliver a modern, connected campus experience at scale.

They are looking for a Graphics Designer who is ready to take ownership, bring a fresh perspective, and help evolve and modernize an established brand in a competitive market. The company has a strong brand foundation that has not been significantly refreshed in recent years. In this role, you will work within the existing brand guidelines while thoughtfully enhancing the visual identity to make it more modern, relevant, and aligned with enterprise and higher education audiences. This is a highly collaborative individual contributor role, focused primarily on marketing design (around 80%), while also contributing to customer-facing design initiatives (approximately 20%).

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing assets across digital and print channels, including:
    • Website graphics and landing pages;
    • Campaign visuals for email, social, paid media, and events;
    • Sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, case studies, blog posts, and ebooks.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to evolve and modernize Modo’s visual identity while maintaining brand consistency;
  • Provide design support for customers and demo/showcase apps using Modo’s software platform;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, sales, and content stakeholders to translate concepts into effective visual solutions;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and business impact;
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining strong design judgment;
  • Prepare, distribute, save, and organize final assets for media;
  • Leverage AI-assisted design and creative tools to accelerate concepting, iteration, and production;
  • Continuously explore and recommend new tools, workflows, and technologies (including AI) to improve efficiency, creativity, and speed to market.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic or marketing design;
  • Strong portfolio focused on marketing assets (digital campaigns, landing pages, email, paid ads, social media, presentations);
  • Solid understanding of brand systems and ability to work within established guidelines;
  • Experience modernizing or refreshing visual identities while maintaining brand consistency;
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
  • Clear communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams;
  • Upper-Intermediate English, both verbal and written.

Bonus points for

  • Experience working with B2B, enterprise, or higher education brands;
  • Experience designing customer-facing materials (case studies, product collateral, sales enablement);
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles;
  • Experience collaborating closely with product and marketing teams;
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
