Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Print Media to develop visually compelling designs for a variety of offline marketing and branding materials. The ideal candidate has strong layout skills, typography expertise, and hands-on experience in preparing print-ready files while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design print materials including:
• Brochures, flyers, and catalogs
• Posters, banners, and hoardings
• Packaging and labels
• Business cards and corporate stationery
• Magazine and newspaper advertisements
• Create visually engaging layouts aligned with brand guidelines
• Prepare print-ready artwork (CMYK, bleed, crop marks, high-resolution files)
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure quality output
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams for campaign execution
• Ensure color accuracy and material specifications before final print
• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in print media design
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• CorelDRAW (preferred)
• Strong understanding of:
• Typography and layout principles
• Color theory (CMYK vs RGB)
• Print production processes
• Paper types and finishing techniques (lamination, embossing, foil stamping)
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Ability to handle feedback and revisions efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in packaging design
• Knowledge of pre-press and print setup
• Experience working with print vendors
• Basic knowledge of photography and image retouching

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
