About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our book publishing and marketing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals and experience in book-related creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional book covers (print & digital formats)
• Format and design book interiors using Adobe InDesign
• Create and maintain book layout templates
• Design marketing creatives (social media posts, banners, ads)
• Prepare print-ready files (KDP, IngramSpark, etc.)
• Create book mockups for promotional use
• Design stationery, logos, and merchandise
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials
• Collaborate with authors, editors, and marketing team

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva
• Ability to create AI-generated visuals using tools like Freepik or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print specifications
• Knowledge of print production and publishing standards
• Good communication and time-management skills

Preferred / Additional Skills (Bonus)

• Basic audio/video editing skills
• Familiarity with:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• CapCut
• Audacity
• Experience in book publishing or media industry

Experience

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Portfolio showcasing book covers, layout design, and marketing creatives required
