Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong design sense and a passion for learning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content while supporting junior team members and maintaining design standards across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs for digital and print platforms
• Conduct in-depth client and market research to understand brand needs
• Develop creative concepts aligned with client objectives
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Review, mentor, and quality-check intern/junior designer work
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams
• Manage multiple design projects with deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong design sense and visual storytelling ability
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of Figma and Canva
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to new design trends
• Ability to conduct deep client research and translate insights into visuals
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors in relevant feild

Experience mentoring junior designers or interns

• Portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, and marketing design work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
