Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design high-quality visuals for digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Create engaging graphics, brochures, banners, logos, infographics, and ad creatives.
- Develop designs aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing and content teams to plan campaign visuals.
- Design landing pages, email templates, and social media posts (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).
- Edit and enhance plots update, photos, layouts, and presentations as per project requirements.
- Stay updated on design trends, typography, and new creative tools.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Ability to handle work individually and with a team also.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Experience in digital marketing creatives, including ad banners, social posts, and website graphics.
- Basic video editing and animation knowledge is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to adapt to brand guidelines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in corporate or agency environments).
- Experience in real estate, advertising, or digital marketing industries will be an added advantage.
