Job Description – Graphic Designer (Lead)

Role Overview

EONVERSE is seeking a full-time, in-house Graphic Designer (Lead) to manage end-to-end visual communication across all platforms. The candidate must have strong expertise in social media creative execution, presentation design, and brand system implementation.

This role requires leadership capability, operational discipline, and strict adherence to branding guidelines across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities (Crisp & Strategic)

Social Media & Campaign Creatives

  • Design and execute creatives for all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook).
  • Develop campaign posters, promotional creatives, event graphics, and marketing assets.
  • Deliver content aligned with the social media calendar and campaign timelines.
  • Create platform-optimized designs maintaining visual hierarchy and engagement focus.

Presentation & Communication Design

  • Design structured and visually compelling slides (Pitch Decks, Business Decks, Reports, Investor Presentations).
  • Translate complex ideas into clean, strategic visual storytelling.
  • Maintain alignment, grid systems, and layout consistency across presentations.

Brand Governance

  • Ensure strict compliance with EONVERSE branding guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency in typography, color palette, spacing, and visual systems.
  • Standardize templates and reusable design components.
  • Audit and improve brand consistency across all materials.

Leadership & Workflow Management

  • Lead and mentor junior designers (if applicable).
  • Allocate design tasks and review outputs for quality assurance.
  • Build scalable design workflows and asset management systems.
  • Maintain organized design libraries and version control.

Strategic Contribution (Senior-Level Scope)

  • Contribute to creative direction for campaigns and product launches.
  • Improve visual impact and engagement through data-driven refinements.
  • Recommend design tools, systems, and process improvements.
  • Assist in hiring and training design team members.

Required Software Expertise

  • Adobe Photoshop - Advanced
  • Adobe Illustrator - Advanced
  • Adobe InDesign - Strong Working Knowledge
  • Canva - Fast execution for marketing creatives
  • Strong understanding of layout systems, typography, color theory, and brand design principles

Required Experience

  • 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proven experience handling social media creatives end-to-end.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing posters, campaigns, and presentation designs.
  • Experience working with structured brand guidelines.
  • Leadership mindset with ownership-driven execution.

Compensation

  • Salary will be based on skill level, leadership capability, and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana
