Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in a signage manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will translate concepts and brand requirements into high‑quality visual designs for print and digital applications, with a strong understanding of large‑format printing, materials, and production constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for signage, branding, marketing materials, and digital assets.
• Prepare artwork for large‑format printing (e.g., banners, hoardings, vehicle graphics, wayfinding, LED displays).
• Ensure designs meet brand guidelines, client specifications, and production requirements.
• Create mockups, layouts, and visual presentations for client approval.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Review proofs and make revisions based on feedback while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized design files and follow version control standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and printing technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in signage or printing is a strong advantage).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
• Knowledge of print production processes, file setup, bleed, resolution, and color modes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large‑format printers, CNC/laser cutting preparation, or vinyl cutting files.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or 3D visualization is a plus.
• Familiarity with client‑facing presentations and revisions.
