The objective of Gita Seva Trust is to promote and distribute the books of Gita Press, make the discourses of saints and spiritual leaders accessible, and establish higher human values across the world through modern media such as mobile applications, animated films, comics, and all other possible means.

We are a non-profit, self-funded organisation with a strong presence across India. Our team has grown to 50+ full-time members, including language editors, audio/video production specialists, and technical experts.

Our flagship product, the Gita Seva App, has been appreciated widely in India and abroad, reaching 1.4M+ users. The app is actively maintained and enhanced by a dedicated team of 5 full-time developers with more than a decade of IT experience.

Role Summary

We are seeking a versatile professional who can manage customer support responsibilities while creating engaging visual content. The role combines technical/non-technical support with graphic design and basic video editing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and non-technical support to users and clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to the technical team when required.
• Design and publish social media creatives using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media using Corel Draw.
• Edit basic promotional videos and short-form content (where required).
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting timelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of web/mobile applications and troubleshooting concepts.
• Strong customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw; working knowledge of other Adobe tools is a plus.
• Good sense of visual design, layout, and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Knowledge of DTP software is an added advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalents).
• Exposure to motion graphics, animation, or multimedia tools.
• Prior experience working with marketing or digital teams/agencies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
