Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can design from scratch and contribute to building strong visual identities for our in-house brands. The designer will work closely with the CEO and leadership team on brand communication and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design brand creatives from scratch (no template dependency)
• Develop social media creatives, brochures, presentations, flyers, banners, and marketing materials
• Contribute to brand identity development (colors, typography, layouts, visual language)
• Create professional corporate presentations for leadership
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Translate ideas and business briefs into strong visual concepts
• Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout
• Ability to conceptualize and execute designs independently
• Experience working in corporate or brand environment preferred
• Good communication skills (since role involves CEO interaction)
• Portfolio showcasing original work (not template-heavy)
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Graphic Design / Brand Design.

Preferred

• Basic motion graphics knowledge (After Effects – optional)
• Experience designing brand identity systems
• Presentation design experience (PowerPoint / Keynote)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
