Overview

The Graphic Designer will play a vital role in stewarding and elevating the brands

entrusted to Inner Action Media. This position is responsible for creating high-quality,

modern design assets that strengthen brand identity, support strategic marketing

initiatives, and drive meaningful engagement across digital and print platforms.

We are seeking a designer with mastery of contemporary graphic design principles

who is innovative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working on tight deadlines while maintaining

excellence and consistency across multiple client brands.

This role collaborates closely with our strategy, video production, digital advertising,

and account teams to ensure every visual deliverable reflects creativity, clarity, and

brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

● Design compelling visual assets for digital advertising campaigns, social

media, websites, email marketing, print materials, and branded collateral.

● Steward and maintain brand consistency across client campaigns, ensuring

adherence to established brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative

direction.

● Develop original concepts, graphics, layouts, and visual systems that support

storytelling and marketing objectives.

● Create and adapt designs for multi-platform campaigns including display ads,

DOOH, social media, web graphics, presentations, and print pieces.

● Collaborate with account managers, producers, strategists, and digital

advertising specialists to translate campaign strategy into effective visual

execution.

● Prepare production-ready files for digital and print distribution with technical

precision.

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

without sacrificing quality.

● Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas

that elevate the agency’s creative output.

● Stay current on modern design trends, typography, color theory, UI best

practices, and evolving creative tools.

Qualifications

● Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of modern graphic design principles

and visual communication.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required).

● Experience designing for digital advertising formats and understanding of ad

specifications.

● Strong typography, layout, and brand system development skills.

● Ability to receive creative direction and incorporate feedback efficiently.

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

● Agency experience preferred but not required.
