Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in AI-powered design to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of professional experience and a proven ability to create premium-quality infographics, marketing visuals, and short videos for digital and print media.

This role focuses on producing high-end infographics, social media creatives, website banners, catalogues, brochures, product packaging, and user manuals, along with engaging short marketing videos and motion content. The designer should be capable of using AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and visual quality while maintaining a polished, professional brand standard.

The candidate will be responsible for developing print-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy in layouts, dimensions, and production requirements, and maintaining strong brand consistency across all materials. The role also includes photo editing, retouching, AI-assisted design generation, and preparing assets optimized for multiple platforms and formats.

We are specifically looking for someone who can create premium infographics (not template-based) using advanced design and AI tools, and produce short videos for marketing, ads, and social media.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a strong eye for layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy. Experience in packaging design, instructional/manual design, and motion graphics is a strong advantage. Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proven experience using AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar).
• Strong expertise in creating premium infographics and marketing visuals.
• Experience in creating short videos, reels, or motion graphics for marketing and social media.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong skills in layout design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to produce print-ready files (packaging, brochures, catalogues, manuals).
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must be fluent in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
