About the role

Lunar Wave LLC is hiring a Graphic Designer who can create scroll-stopping, conversion-focused creatives for our fast-growing digital brands — and also assist in building digital product designs using AI tools. This is a performance-first design role where speed, clarity, and output quality matter.

You’ll work closely with the Creative Head, Media Buyers, and Editors to produce ad creatives, product visuals, and templates that look premium and drive results.

What you’ll do

Performance Design (Daily)

•⁠ ⁠Design high-converting creatives for Meta/Instagram (static ads, carousels, story creatives, thumbnails)  

•⁠ ⁠Create product page visuals (feature highlights, benefit panels, comparison blocks, mockups)  

•⁠ ⁠Produce campaign assets for launches/sales (banners, offer creatives, email headers, landing visuals)  

•⁠ ⁠Create variations fast: multiple angles/hooks/layouts for testing 

Digital Product Design (AI-Assisted)

•⁠ ⁠Use AI tools to speed up product creation (layouts, prompt-based design support, idea generation)

•⁠ ⁠Create clean, printable/digital templates (planners/workbooks/checklists etc.)  

•⁠ ⁠Maintain consistent design systems (fonts, spacing, styles, cover variants)  

•⁠ ⁠Ensure export-ready files (organized pages, correct sizing, clean assets)

Collaboration & Process

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with Media Buyers + Creative Head to align visuals with performance goals  

•⁠ ⁠Iterate based on feedback + results (CTR/conversions)  

•⁠ ⁠Maintain clean file management + reusable templates for faster production

What we’re looking for

•⁠ ⁠Strong fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, clean design taste  

•⁠ ⁠Experience designing for social media / ads (direct-response mindset is a plus)  

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of AI tools for design/product creation (comfort using AI to speed workflows)  

•⁠ ⁠High ownership + fast execution (you can produce volume without sacrificing quality)  

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication + ability to take feedback and iterate quickly  

•⁠ ⁠Portfolio required (ads/product visuals/templates preferred)

Tools (any of these)

•⁠ ⁠Canva (required) + Figma (preferred)  

•⁠ ⁠Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (bonus)  

•⁠ ⁠AI tools for design support (e.g., prompt-based tools, image generation, layout support — platform can vary)

Nice to have

•⁠ ⁠Experience with digital products/eCommerce brands  

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of conversion-focused design and ad testing  

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with mockups and product presentation styles
