Job Title : Graphic Designer

Location : Jaipur

Job Summary:


We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Graphic Designer with prior experience in the beauty and personal care industry or FMCG. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, understanding of beauty branding, packaging, and digital-first design, and the ability to create visually appealing creatives that align with brand identity and consumer trends.


Key Responsibilit


  • Design marketing creatives for beauty & personal care products across digital and print platforms
  • Create packaging designs, labels, and product mockups in line with brand guidelines
  • Develop creatives for social media, websites, e-commerce platforms, and performance ads
  • Work closely with marketing, brand, product, and social media teams
  • Ensure designs reflect current beauty trends, color palettes, typography, and aesthetics
  • Adapt global beauty trends into localized, consumer-relevant creatives
  • Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Coordinate with vendors and printers for packaging and POS materials
  • Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in Beauty, Personal Care, Skincare, Cosmetics, or FMCG
  • Strong portfolio showcasing beauty-focused design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of packaging design, print processes, and color management
  • Understanding of digital design requirements for social media & e-commerce
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and brand storytelling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment


Good to Have:


  • Experience with D2C beauty brands
  • Motion graphics or short video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
  • UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD
  • Experience designing for marketplaces like Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart
