Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience who can handle both internal and client-based design projects. The candidate should have strong design expertise, brand understanding, and the ability to lead creative direction across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, mobile apps, and marketing campaigns for both company and client projects.
• Develop creative concepts and visual strategies based on brand guidelines and client briefs.
• Design banners, brochures, presentations, UI elements, ad creatives, and promotional materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple projects and platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and client teams to deliver impactful visuals.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
• Guide junior designers (if applicable) and maintain design quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
• Experience designing for digital platforms (web & mobile).
• Ability to understand complex client requirements and convert them into creative visuals.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects across industries.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Good to Have

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience working in an IT or client-servicing company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
