Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual thinking skills, branding expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality creative assets within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and presentations
• Develop brand identities, logos, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding
• Edit images, retouch photos, and create graphics as required
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with industry trends and design tools

Immediate Deliverables (Project-Based Expectations):

The selected candidate/team will be required to deliver the following initial brand development assets:

• 3–5 Initial Logo Concepts
• Distinct creative directions with rationale
• Black & white and color variations
• One Full Packaging Mockup (Single SKU)
• Complete packaging layout (front, back, sides)
• Realistic 3D render presentation
• Countertop Display Concept Render
• 3D visual concept integrating brand identity
• Structural and branding visualization
• Brand Color System Proposal
• Primary and secondary color palettes
• HEX, RGB, and CMYK codes
• Basic usage guidelines
• Typography Recommendations
• Primary and secondary font selections
• Clear font hierarchy system

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in graphic design or branding
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and packaging design
• Experience in 3D mockups and product visualization
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
