Graphic Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design creative visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, banners, brochures, and marketing materials.
  • Create engaging graphics aligned with brand guidelines and company standards.
  • Assist in developing branding elements such as logos, templates, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand project requirements and deliver creative concepts.
  • Edit images, retouch photos, and enhance visual content as needed.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Revise designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure consistency in designs across all digital and print platforms.

Required Skills (Must & Should Have)

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma (any relevant tools).
  • Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
  • Knowledge of social media design formats and digital marketing creatives.
  • Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects) – added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

Communication Skills (Mandatory)

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly understand design briefs and explain creative ideas confidently.
  • Good coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Open to feedback and able to communicate revisions professionally.
