Design creative visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, banners, brochures, and marketing materials.

Create engaging graphics aligned with brand guidelines and company standards.

Assist in developing branding elements such as logos, templates, and presentations.

Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand project requirements and deliver creative concepts.

Edit images, retouch photos, and enhance visual content as needed.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Revise designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Ensure consistency in designs across all digital and print platforms.
Required Skills (Must & Should Have)

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma (any relevant tools).

Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.

Knowledge of social media design formats and digital marketing creatives.

Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects) – added advantage.

Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
Communication Skills (Mandatory)

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to clearly understand design briefs and explain creative ideas confidently.

Good coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Open to feedback and able to communicate revisions professionally.
