The Graphic Designer will create and optimize visual and multimedia assets to support all marketing initiatives. This includes shooting videos/images on location, designing graphics for campaigns, creating website and landing page assets, and optimizing existing images.
Key Responsibilities:
Create graphics for ads, social media posts, email campaigns initiatives.
Collaborate with performance marketing and content teams to align creatives with campaign goals.
Maintain brand consistency and high-quality design standards across channels.
Plan, shoot, and edit product and application videos for YouTube, social media, website, and paid campaigns.
Handle on-location shoots, including scene setup, lighting, and coordination with sales/warehouse teams.
Create motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, and GIFs.
Optimize videos for platform-specific formats, length, and engagement.
Design new graphics and visual assets for websites and landing pages.
Optimize existing images for web (size, resolution, format) to improve load time, CRO, and UX.
Apply UI/UX and CRO principles to all website/landing page visuals.
Design personalized visual assets for targeted accounts in ABM campaigns.
Work with marketing, content, sales, and warehouse teams for on-location shoots and asset collection.
Coordinate production timelines, post-production workflow, and campaign schedules.
Stay updated on design, multimedia, video production, and digital marketing trends.
Suggest innovative visual approaches, video styles, and asset formats to enhance campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
3–4 years of experience in digital marketing design, multimedia production, and video creation, preferably in B2B campaigns.
Expert-level proficiency in:
Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora.
Animation / 3D (optional): Blender, Cinema 4D.
Experience shooting videos/images on location, handling scene setup, lighting, and directing.
Ability to collaborate with content, performance marketing, and operations teams.
