Graphic Designer

Key ResponsibilitiesA professional in this role manages the entire production cycle, from initial concept to the final physical product.

• Design Creation: Developing original artwork, logos, and typography-based designs using professional software.
• Template Management: Adjusting designs to fit specific mug dimensions and ensuring high-resolution output sharp printing.
• Pre-press Preparation: Converting designs to CMYK color modes and preparing mirrored prints for sublimation.
• Machine Operation: Operating heat press machines, sublimation printers, and sometimes laser engravers or UV printers.
• Quality Control: Monitoring heat and pressure settings to prevent "ghosting" or blurry designs and inspecting finished products for color accuracy. Printify +5
• Software Proficiency: High skill in Adobe Photoshop (for image manipulation) and Adobe Illustrator (for vector-based graphics). Tools like Canva or Adobe Express are often used for quick templates.
• Printing Equipment: Proficiency with specialized hardware like the Sawgrass SG500 sublimation printer or various Mug Heat Press models.
