Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to craft visually stunning marketing materials that showcase our properties, strengthen our brand, and drive lead generation.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and project teams to produce high-impact designs for print, digital, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing collateral including property brochures, flyers, brochures, floor plans, site plans, hoardings/billboards, banners, and launch materials

Create engaging social media graphics, posts, stories, reels, and digital ads (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Develop presentation decks, email campaigns, and pitch books for sales and investor audiences

Design logos, brand identities, and visual guidelines for new projects and sub-brands

Prepare visually appealing property listings, advertisements, and promotional content

Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and marketing team to ensure designs align with project themes and brand standards

Optimize designs for print and digital formats (including responsive web assets)

Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and incorporate feedback efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
