Duties

• Develop compelling visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print advertising using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch.
• Lead art direction efforts to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all projects.
• Design logos, icons, layouts, and digital art that enhance brand recognition and user engagement.
• Create motion graphics and video content utilizing Adobe After Effects and video editing software to produce engaging multimedia presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that support campaign objectives.
• Manage content management systems such as WordPress to update website visuals and ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Apply color management principles, typography best practices, and layout design techniques to produce visually appealing designs tailored for various platforms.
• Conduct photo manipulation and photography sessions to generate original imagery aligned with project needs.
• Present concepts clearly through compelling presentations using InVision or similar tools to gather feedback and refine designs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects including branding, UI/UX design, motion graphics, and print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to team members and clients.
• Familiarity with sign manufacturing processes or production design is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
