Graphic Designer

Thinksmiths Software Services Pvt Limited is a full-stack marketing agency with a group of startups under its umbrella. We are seeking a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer who will create graphics, social media creatives, short videos, design marketing collaterals, and other materials for print and digital use for our clients and portfolio companies.

Job Description

● Create graphics, social media content, short videos, and marketing materials for print and digital

● Develop user personas, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

● Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals

● Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and data-driven insights

● Implement branding strategies across platforms

● Maintain visual consistency and advocate for user-centered design principles

● Stay current with industry trends and design tools

Requirements

Mandatory

● Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Animation, Visual Communications, or related field

● 2-4 years professional design experience, agency background preferred

● Portfolio required demonstrating graphic design projects, branding, and marketing work

● Ability to work from office in Hyderabad

Technical Skills

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with solid understanding of design principles

● Proficiency in CorelDRAW and PowerPoint

● Strong typography, typesetting, and layout expertise

● Basic animation and motion graphics skills

● Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design capabilities

Core Competencies

● Creative thinking with innovative design solutions

● Ownership mindset with accountability for results and task completion

● Excellent attention to detail

● Strong English communication and collaboration skills

Additional Skills

● Familiarity with AI design tools (MidJourney, DALL•E, Adobe Firefly, Runway)

● Advanced motion graphics and video editing experience

● Exposure to AI-driven marketing analytics and automation workflows
