Location: Los Angeles – Miracle Mile District
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Compensation: $18–$20/hour (TRIAL RATE. Actual compensation will be discussed upon hiring candidate.)

Think Outside The Frame is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-studio team. This role is ideal for someone creative, organized, tech-comfortable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll be involved in both creative production and day-to-day operational support.

Responsibilities

• Create graphic mock-ups (digital composites) from initial concept and composition through final delivery
• Assist with video editing and basic content creation for social media
• Support website design and upkeep (no coding required; coding knowledge is a plus)
• Track and manage orders both inside and outside the studio
• Update and maintain inventory systems
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies when needed
• Handle emails, business calls, and general communication
• Perform occasional short distance off-site pickups if needed
• Support general studio operations and multitask across projects

Required Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to translate verbal direction or rough sketches into finished digital mock-ups
• Comfortable with Apple / macOS environments
• Decent to mid-range fast typing skills
• Legally able to drive and must have a personal vehicle
• (A company vehicle is generally used for work-hour pick-ups/drop-offs. The employee will then be placed on company insurance after a 3-month probation period for usage when available.)

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to take direction well and work independently
• Self-starter with a “go-getter” mindset
• Strong multitasking ability
• Prior experience with content creation or social media workflows is a plus
• Any web or coding knowledge, Digital 3D modeling, or Animation skills are a bonus, but not required

Compensation & Trial Period

• TRIAL pay: $18–$20/hour
• All candidates participate in a 1–2 week paid trial period
• Final Compensation Rate will be discussed and adjusted after the trial period for the selected candidate

Additional Notes

Due to the nature of our work, specific details about our industry and clients will be shared during or after the trial period. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed if the candidate is selected.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
