Required Skills & Qualifications

Design Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials including social media creatives, banners, brochures, posters, brand assets, and digital ads. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop engaging visual concepts aligned with brand identity.

Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of professional graphic design experience or equivalent practical expertise with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects.

Software Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, or After Effects is an added advantage.

Design Knowledge:
Strong understanding of:

• Typography and font pairing
• Color theory and visual aesthetics
• Layout, alignment, and spacing
• Branding principles
• Composition and visual hierarchy
