Role Overview

We are looking for a Designer (Pitch Decks) to join our creative team. This role focuses on designing premium, client-facing pitch decks and internal presentations that are clear, visually compelling, and aligned with brand and business goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong sense of layout, hierarchy, and storytelling, and can translate content into polished, professional decks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality pitch decks and presentations based on briefs and content shared by the team
• Translate raw or structured information into clear, visually engaging slides
• Understand client pain points and translate them into persuasive visual narratives
• Present complex information (content IPs, strategies, data) in digestible, compelling formats
• Maintain a clean, minimal, and premium visual style across all decks
• Ensure consistency in typography, color usage, spacing, and design systems
• Create AI-generated images and visual assets aligned with provided references and creative direction
• Collaborate with internal teams and incorporate feedback efficiently within timelines
• Structure persuasive narratives independently when working from raw information

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience designing presentation decks or pitch decks for clients or internal stakeholders
• Strong portfolio showcasing professional, business-focused presentations
• Hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory)
• Familiarity with AI image generation tools for visual assets and references

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and composition
• Understanding of sales and business storytelling
• Ability to structure persuasive narratives independently
• High attention to detail with a focus on premium design standards
• Ability to work across multiple decks and timelines efficiently
• Clear communication and openness to feedback
• Comfortable with iterative design based on client feedback and pitch outcomes

Nice to Have

• Experience designing pitch decks for agencies, startups, or content companies
• Familiarity with the Indian startup/brand ecosystem
• Experience with video content, social media, or creator economy brands
• Understanding of content IP development and digital media
• Background in brand strategy or marketing
• Experience with animation or motion design for presentations
• Knowledge of presentation best practices for different contexts (investor pitches, client sales, internal strategy)

• Designers who rely heavily on stock imagery and don't create custom visual assets
