Graphic Designer

Job Description:

At ZPayso, we are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to design engaging visual content and support our digital branding and marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in creating high-quality graphics and video content for our fintech platforms. Your creativity and technical expertise will contribute to brand consistency, audience engagement, and effective visual communication across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Create marketing collaterals such as banners, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Edit and create basic video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional purposes.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand creative requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual designs and marketing materials.
• Optimize visual content for different digital platforms including social media, websites, and advertisements.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with design trends and video editing techniques.
• Manage multiple design and video editing tasks while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of social media design standards and digital marketing visuals.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
