Graphic Designer

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and executing visually appealing designs for product packaging, labels, promotional materials, digital content, and corporate branding. Working closely with marketing, product development, and regulatory teams, the designer ensures that all visual elements accurately represent the brand while meeting industry standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Packaging & Label Design

  • Design innovative packaging for sauces (e.g., ketchup, mayonnaise, chili sauce, specialty condiments) and dairy products (e.g., milk, yogurt, cheese, butter).
  • Create clear, attractive product labels that highlight ingredients, nutritional information, certifications, and branding.
  • Ensure designs comply with food labeling regulations and printing specifications.
  • Prepare print-ready files for various packaging formats including bottles, pouches, cartons, tubs, and sachets.

2. Brand Development & Consistency

  • Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all product lines.
  • Develop brand guidelines covering typography, color palettes, imagery, and logo usage.
  • Ensure consistency across packaging, advertising, and digital platforms.

3. Marketing & Promotional Materials

  • Design brochures, flyers, posters, in-store displays, and trade show materials.
  • Create engaging content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Develop seasonal or limited-edition packaging concepts.

4. Product Launch Support

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize launch campaigns.
  • Design mockups and 3D visualizations for new products.
  • Support photography direction for product shoots.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with production teams and printing vendors to ensure quality output.
  • Coordinate revisions based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of packaging design principles and prepress processes.
  • Knowledge of food packaging regulations and labeling standards.
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
