Design the Standard for Luxury Real Estate Marketing

Bespoke Real Estate is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to produce and oversee digital and print creative for our listing-specific marketing initiatives in South Florida.

This role is responsible for executing high-level design across multimillion-dollar property campaigns, ensuring that every touchpoint—print and digital—reflects the sophistication, clarity, and restraint of our brand. You will collaborate closely with project management and the sales team to bring listings to market with precision and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create print and digital collateral for listing marketing, including brochures, presentations, digital ads, email campaigns, and social media assets
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
• Collaborate with project management and sales teams to ensure timelines and launch deadlines are met
• Oversee design quality from concept through final production, including press-ready file preparation
• Select and refine photography in collaboration with internal teams to ensure visual alignment
• Manage multiple listing campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry developments to continuously elevate creative output

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio of completed print and digital design projects
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD (After Effects or Premiere Pro a plus)
• Proficiency in layout design, typography, and image editing
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine color, typography, and spatial composition with restraint
• High attention to visual detail and production accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Experience in real estate marketing, luxury branding, hospitality, or architecture is a plus

Location Requirement

This position is based in our Miami office and follows a hybrid structure, with up to 1–2 remote workdays per week depending on workflow and team needs. Candidates should reside within 35 miles of Miami Beach or be willing to relocate. Reliable transportation and availability for occasional local property visits are required.
