Graphic Designer

The CT Family of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution of our brands across all platforms. This individual will work directly with the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for building and maintaining nearly all company-related graphics.

This is not a production-only role. We are looking for someone who combines technical mastery with a refined design eye, someone who can absorb our established branding and help elevate and expand it across multiple divisions.

Our brands include Carpet Tech, CT Restoration, CT Specialty Flooring, Bug Tech, CT Customs, CT Air, and additional affiliated ventures. Consistency, clarity, and quality are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce print collateral, including brochures, rack cards, door hangers, job folders, signage, trade show materials, and direct mail pieces
• Create and maintain website graphics, landing page visuals, and assist with website form updates
• Develop and refine logos, brand marks, and supporting visual identity systems
• Design vehicle wraps and coordinate files for production
• Build promotional product artwork and prepare print-ready files
• Create email signatures, internal documents, presentation decks, and branded templates
• Develop digital ads, CTV/OTT creative, and campaign visuals
• Prepare production-ready files for vendors, ensuring color accuracy and print specifications
• Maintain organized file structures and version control across all brands

Required Skills and Experience

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with heavy emphasis on Adobe Illustrator
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
• Deep understanding of vector construction, typography, layout systems, and print production standards
• Experience designing vehicle wraps and large-format graphics preferred
• Ability to translate brand standards into scalable visual systems
• Strong understanding of web graphic requirements, including file sizing, optimization, and UI consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
