About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging content that promotes an energetic, high-impact party and entertainment environment. Your designs will play a key role in driving guest attendance, brand awareness, and overall engagement.

This is an on-site position and requires working from our office. Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Design weekly event-based marketing materials, including flyers, posters, banners, and digital assets
• Create and implement engaging social media content tailored to target audiences
• Develop creative assets for websites, email campaigns, and digital promotions
• Deliver print-ready files to third-party vendors accurately and on schedule
• Design internal marketing materials such as brochures, loyalty app graphics, and branded content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
• Continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns

Qualifications & Skills

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience working on Mac or Windows platforms
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Numbers, PDF workflows, and FTP systems
• Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing design
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet weekly deadlines
• Passion for creative design, nightlife, and entertainment branding

• Desarrollar piezas creativas para sitios web, campañas de email y promociones digitales
• Entregar archivos listos para impresión a proveedores externos de manera precisa y puntual
• Diseñar materiales internos como folletos, gráficos para apps de lealtad y contenido de marca
• Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para mantener consistencia en la identidad visual y el mensaje de la marca
• Aportar constantemente ideas frescas e innovadoras para mejorar las campañas

Requisitos y habilidades

• Dominio de Adobe Photoshop e Illustrator
