Max Connect is looking for a Graphic Designer who wants more than production work. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, someone who wants to influence campaigns, elevate brands, and help define the creative bar for an agency working across automotive, health, homebuilding, tourism, and national brands.

You’ll collaborate directly with creative leadership, digital marketing, account teams, and photo/video production to bring integrated campaigns to life.

This is not a “make it pretty” role.
This is a strategy-informed creative role.

What You’ll Do

• Concept and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, paid social, web, print, branding)
• Elevate client brand systems and create scalable visual identities
• Design high-performing assets optimized for performance marketing
• Collaborate closely with digital strategists to improve ROI through creative
• Contribute meaningfully to brainstorms and campaign ideation
• Partner with photo/video teams to shape cohesive campaign visuals
• Work on projects from concept through final delivery
• Review and elevate junior designer work
• Help refine internal creative processes and systems

Who You Are

• 5+ years of professional design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital campaigns, and performance creative
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)
• Experience with web design (UI/UX knowledge is a strong plus)
• Skilled with the ins and outs of FIGMA
• Strategic thinker who understands marketing goals not just aesthetics
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative agency environment
• Highly organized with strong file management and workflow discipline
• Open to feedback and motivated to grow
