Graphic Designer

About the Role: Panda Paper Factory is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong foundational knowledge of the printing industry, including pre-press preparation, packaging design, and print production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually appealing graphics for various paper and packaging products.
• Prepare precise, print-ready files (CMYK, bleeds, crop marks, and color separation).
• Create and work with die-lines, mockups, and structural packaging designs.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure design files translate perfectly from screen to final printed product.
• Review proofs and ensure color accuracy and print quality on different paper stocks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, specifically within a printing press, packaging, or paper manufacturing environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Deep understanding of printing techniques, pre-press procedures, typography, and paper materials.
• Strong portfolio showcasing print and packaging design work.
• Currently residing in Qatar (with a valid QID and transferable NOC is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
