Job Title: Graphic Designer – Custom Order Processing

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This position involves taking personalized order information from our Etsy shops and accurately inputting it into print-ready files. You will also communicate with customers by sending and revising digital proofs when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Review personalized order details from Etsy and create accurate print files.
• Communicate with customers to send, review, and update proofs as requested.
• Ensure all designs meet our quality standards before sending to production.
• Maintain organized files and meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent command of the English language, including grammar and spelling.
• Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Prior experience in custom or personalized product design is a plus.

YOUR SKILLS:

• MUST BE A SELF-STARTER and a fast paced worker
• Detail oriented-good eye for detail and balance in design
• Adaptable/flexible-enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in attention
• Dependable and very reliable (reliable transportation as well)
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator a plus

WORK SCHEDULE: Only full time applicants will be considered. Monday-Thursday 8-4 and Friday 8-12

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
