Role Overview:

SOFT Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly creative, trend-aware, and innovative graphic designer who can bring fresh ideas and modern visual direction to our brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands current design trends, social media aesthetics, and digital marketing psychology.

We need a designer who doesn’t just design — but thinks creatively, understands audience behavior, and creates visuals that convert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching social media posts and campaign creatives aligned with marketing strategies.

• Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns and brand promotions.

• Create high-quality branding materials, logos, and visual identities.

• Design eCommerce product visuals, especially for apparel (T-shirts, shirts, and fashion-related items).

• Create modern web banners, landing page visuals, and UI layouts.

• Work professionally in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Produce crystal-clear, high-resolution designs optimized for web and digital platforms.

• Apply best practices for image exporting, compression, and quality optimization.

• Stay updated with latest design trends, social media trends, AI tools, and creative innovations.

• Contribute creative ideas during marketing planning and product launches.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graphic Designing

• Branding & Visual Identity

• Social Media Creative Design

• Web & Digital Design

Proficiency in:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop mandatory)

• Figma(MUST)

Strong understanding of:

• Social media trends (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok aesthetics)

• Creative storytelling through visuals

• eCommerce product presentation

• Digital marketing design principles

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse work (portfolio is mandatory).

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field from a reputable university.

• 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
