Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: On-site / Institute-Based
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our institute’s branding, marketing, and educational content needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern design tools and the ability to create visually compelling materials aligned with academic and training environments.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
• Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory
• Ability to design for both print and digital media
• Basic knowledge of branding and social media content design
• Creativity with attention to detail and consistency

Key Responsibilities:

• Design promotional materials including brochures, banners, posters, and flyers
• Create engaging social media posts, advertisements, and digital campaigns
• Develop visual content for course promotions and student engagement
• Maintain and ensure consistency of the institute’s brand identity
• Design presentations, certificates, and training materials
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for campaign execution
• Prepare print-ready and web-optimized design files
• Support website and online learning platform visuals when required
• Stay updated with modern design trends and educational branding standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field
• Experience working in an educational or training institute environment
• Basic video editing or motion graphics knowledge (an advantage)
