About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual execution across experiential projects, films, and product outputs. This role plays a key part in shaping high-impact visual systems and brand experiences, using AI as a core creative accelerator.

You will work closely with creative producers, motion designers, and developers to deliver visually compelling, concept-driven work across digital and physical formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Design key visuals for experiential, digital, gamified experiences, and film-based outputs
• Develop brand-consistent visual systems across multiple formats and platforms
• Use AI tools for ideation, exploration, and rapid visual development
• Collaborate with motion designers, developers, and creative producers
• Support pitches, presentations, and concept development
• Maintain high-quality visual standards across all deliverables

AI & Tools Proficiency (Required)

• Strong use of AI tools for visual ideation and design exploration
• Ability to combine AI-generated outputs with refined design craftsmanship
• Clear understanding of AI limitations and quality control processes

Experience & Profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio across digital and experiential formats
• Detail-oriented with strong conceptual thinking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
