We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients' marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing various design projects and a keen understanding of current design trends. Projects include defining brand requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, including brochures, logos, social media posts, digital ads, photos, and other projects. As a Graphic Designer at Smart Marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling materials that resonate with target audiences and align with our clients' brand identities.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, and website elements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate branded colors, fonts, and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Experience in Web Development / WordPress a bonus but not required

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Suite’s InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work methodically and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take creative direction.
• Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment and provide a quick project turnaround
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred
• Web Design Experience (Not Required, but a Major Plus):While not a mandatory requirement, candidates with experience in web design, including knowledge of HTML, Wordpress, Wix, Elementor, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization), will be highly regarded. A demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly web elements or digital interfaces will be considered a significant asset.

Experience:

• Graphic design: 3 years
• Web design: 3 years (not required but highly regarded)
