Graphic Designer

Location: Bakersfield, CA
Type: Full-time, in-person

We are hiring a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team.
This position is open to both experienced designers and recent graduates. Strong portfolios and a collaborative mindset are more important than years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design print materials (posters, flyers, signage, promotional assets)
• Create and edit videos and short-form content for social media platforms
• Upload, manage, and monitor content across social channels
• Work as a core member of the marketing team, collaborating closely and executing creative direction from supervisors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (required)
• Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, branding)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite:
• Photoshop, Illustrator
• After Effects & Premiere Pro
• Familiar with social media platforms and visual content trends
• Team player with the ability to take direction and feedback well
• Organized, responsible, and deadline-driven

Experience Level

• Experienced designers are strongly encouraged to apply
• Recent graduates are also welcome with a strong portfolio and team-oriented attitude

Compensation

• Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on experience, skill level, and portfolio quality
