Graphic Design Duties

• Design business cards, brochures, flyers, banners, signage, stickers, packaging, and other print materials
• Prepare print-ready files (CMYK color mode, bleed, margins, correct resolution)
• Modify and adjust customer-provided artwork
• Perform pre-press checks before sending files for printing
• Coordinate with production staff to ensure design accuracy
• Maintain organized design files and job records
• Ensure final printed output matches approved artwork
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable print options
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages regarding orders and pricing
• Prepare quotations and job orders
• Coordinate delivery timelines with the production team
• Update customers on job status and completion
• Process payments and issue invoices
• Maintain daily sales records

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
