Graphic Designer


Job Purpose


A creative and detail-oriented role responsible for developing visual content that supports brand identity, marketing initiatives, and overall business objectives across digital and print platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, branding, events, and corporate communications
  • Create digital content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and mobile platforms
  • Develop print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and packaging
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and business units to understand requirements
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Conduct market and competitor research to stay updated on trends
  • Prepare files for printing and production
  • Support video editing, motion graphics, and photography when needed
  • Participate in brainstorming and creative concept development



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



  • 95% on-time delivery of design projects
  • High design accuracy with minimal revisions
  • Internal client satisfaction (feedback/surveys)
  • Engagement performance of visual content (social media metrics)



Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
  • Experience: 2–4 years in graphic design
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or investment sectors is a plus



Required Skills


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • After Effects & Premiere Pro are a plus
  • Experience in social media design, branding, and visual storytelling
  • Knowledge of print production and file preparation
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus
  • Language: English (required), Arabic (preferred)
