Job Purpose
A creative and detail-oriented role responsible for developing visual content that supports brand identity, marketing initiatives, and overall business objectives across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, branding, events, and corporate communications

Create digital content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and mobile platforms

Develop print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and packaging

Collaborate with marketing, PR, and business units to understand requirements

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Conduct market and competitor research to stay updated on trends

Prepare files for printing and production

Support video editing, motion graphics, and photography when needed

Participate in brainstorming and creative concept development

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field

Experience:
2–4 years in graphic design

Experience in real estate, hospitality, or investment sectors is a plus
Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

After Effects & Premiere Pro are a plus

Experience in social media design, branding, and visual storytelling

Knowledge of print production and file preparation

Basic understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus
