Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our Real Estate Development team. The ideal candidate will support the marketing function by creating engaging visual content that enhances brand presence across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and print materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
• Assist in developing marketing and advertising campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and guidelines.
• Adapt and resize creatives for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, website, emailers, etc.).
• Edit and revise designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
• Support the creation of real estate marketing materials such as project brochures, floor plan layouts, and promotional ads.
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
• Prepare final artwork files for print production and digital publishing.
• Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and files.
• Stay updated with current design trends and industry standards.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (real estate or marketing agency experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Figma is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Creativity with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Salary

AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
