We are a fast-growing, New York-based startup building cutting-edge POS (Point of Sale) and SaaS solutions tailored specifically for Asian restaurants. We are seeking a passionate Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to create intuitive, high-impact visual experiences across both hardware and software platforms. This role offers the opportunity to shape user-facing designs that directly impact thousands of businesses.

Fluency in both Mandarin (Chinese) and English is required, as you will collaborate with global teams and partners.

<Responsibilities>

  • Create visually compelling designs for marketing materials, digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and product-related assets (e.g., POS interfaces, kiosk screens, menu visuals).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the company’s brand identity system, including typography, color palettes, and layout standards.
  • Assist in photo editing, illustration, and layout design for both digital and print media.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design concepts to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Prepare, organize, and deliver design assets and specifications for cross-functional use and campaign launches.
  • Provide bilingual (English/Chinese) design support to meet the needs of a global customer base.

<Qualifications>

  • Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art & Design, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, composition, and color theory.
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Adobe XD or After Effects is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, product, and development teams.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest or experience in hospitality, SaaS, or digital restaurant platforms is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to support global collaboration.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
