Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer – Full-time position

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual concepts for a wide range of products, including shirts, banners, business cards, promotional items (such as koozies) and other printed assets. This role emphasizes strong aesthetics, typography, and layout to produce high-quality, tangible products. They ensure all designs are print-ready by managing color formats (CMYK), file specifications, and bleed requirements.

In addition to print materials, the Graphic Designer may contribute to logo design, branding projects, and select digital advertisements, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across both print and digital platforms. They will collaborate closely with sales representatives, printers, and vendors to manage projects from concept through final production.

Key Responsibilities:

The Graphic Designer will receive art requests from in-house Sales Representatives and is responsible for creating proof sheets to present to customers. Upon customer approval, they will prepare final production-ready files and send them to in-house production departments or order items through online vendors. This role also creates and prints screen-print separations for apparel items, manages embroidery files, and sends files to external decorators.

Skills & Requirements:

· Degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience) and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required)

· Knowledge in Wilcom Embroidery Studio or CorelDRAW is a plus

· Experience with screen-printing separations is a plus

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Team player with the ability to work well with all types of professionals

· Ability to work under the pressure of time-sensitive and competing deadlines

· Strong organizational, analytical, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

· Flexibility, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
